well yesterday, i went to school and my hip was bothering me really bad. I called my mom and she made me a doctors appointment and i went to see my doctor. My doctor said i needed to go to the hospital. So i got my x-ray (which hurt badly cause i had to move my right hip all over the place.) My doctor said it’s best if i don’t go up or down the stairs for 3 days or so.( which she called and gave me back the x-ray, i pulled a muscle by my hip or something. but i don’t know how i did it.) This morning i decided to go down stairs to talk to my dad cause i thought my mom was in bed and guess what……… I fell down all 14 stairs and let me tell you i landed on the same hip that got hurt. I ended up still going to school (cause i wanted to). SO my mom told me specifically that I needed to take the elevator when i needed to go up the stairs and down. SO once again i was being hard headed and i didn’t take the elevator and i almost felll again going down the stairs with my friends.. luckily someone caught me. ..

Lesson learned…… Listen to ur parents and Doctor.
